GMA COVER CORPORATION SPONSORS AUSA SCHOLARSHIP

PORT HURON, Michigan --- In a 23 June 2004 ceremony conducted at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, GMA Cover Corporation awarded Miss Melissa McCrumb a $500.00 scholarship in support of her attendance at the University of Virginia.

The new scholarship sponsored by GMA is in conjunction with the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Fairfax-Lee Chapter Annual Scholarship Program.

Brian Keller, President of GMA Cover Corp., and MG Craig Hackett, the Commanding General of the U.S. Army’s Security Assistance Command, jointly presented the scholarship to Miss McCrumb at the annual scholarship luncheon.

Mr. Keller stated that “this scholarship is one of the many ways that GMA intends to show its support for AUSA and for the men and women of the Armed Forces.”  Miss McCrumb’s father is a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Army.  Keller remarked that “along with being one of the world’s preeminent manufacturers and suppliers of signature management systems for tactical vehicles comes a responsibility to be a good corporate citizen; GMA takes that responsibility seriously.”
