GMA COVER CORPORATION, HIRES NEW PRESIDENT

PORT HURON, Michigan --- GMA Cover Corporation today announced the appointment of Brian C. Keller as the new President effective March 1, 2004.

Mr. Keller’s objectives are clear: grow the market share of GMA Cover Corporation while continuing to champion the tenets of the GMA philosophy: customer satisfaction, quality and leading-edge engineering and technology to meet military requirements for fitted cargo covers, cab tops, shelters, camouflage systems and other signature management products.

Keller most recently was the Vice President at Stewart & Stevenson’s (S&S) Tactical Vehicle Systems where he successfully led the 4 year effort to win the Army’s rebuy contract for the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV). In April 2003, S&S won the contract which is potentially worth $2.3 billion.

Keller completed a 21 year career in the U.S. Army in 2000, his culminating assignment being the Product Manager for Soldier Support Systems.
